Trafford Council have been looking for a traffic warden / lollipop attendant which they had not managed to fill for over 18 months.

This traffic warden was for the junction at Harboro Road / Moss Lane.

Councillor Rob Duncan wrote to the Deputy Chief Executive Sara Saleh for a further update.

The link to the job is not live anymore so no further applications can be taken- but Trafford Conservatives understand that the role has not yet been filled.

In the interim, Councillor Rob Duncan has launched a campaign for a crossing at Harboro Road / Moss Lane.

Trafford Conservatives would like to see more crossings in the borough, in general, as pedestrian safety (especially of school children) is of paramount importance.

We would very much like to hear the views of the residents of Trafford borough, so if you could please fill out our survey we would very much appreciate hearing from you.
