Traffords ruling Conservative group has appointed two new faces to its executive team of councillors tasked with delivering on the priorities set out in the 2008 manifesto, including fighting crime, creating a greener borough and continuing the improvement of our roads and pavements.
Davyhulme East Councillor Mike Cornes replaces Ken Bullman, who stood down at the last election, and will have responsibility for Economic Growth.
Councillor Jonathan Coupe, who represents Flixton, will be in charge of Environmental Services and replaces Cllr June Reilly, who stood down from the executive after four years service. All other positions remain unchanged.
The composition of the new executive is: -
